transphobic violence and i hate most christians, vent
fucking.. my gay friend who accidentally broke my wrist at middle school band practice posted a thing about black trans folk in texas fearing being literally killed next and some deranged christian closeted neo nazis were replying about they needed to be sent back to jesus and fixed or some shit anyway.

anyone remember writing portfolios in 4th grade and the personal narrative we had to write? i did mine over my pet cow, betsy, that tried to kill me when i was in 2nd grade by chasing me across my fathers massive yard after i climbed off a giant round hay bale while wearing a bright red sweater. i legit thought i was gonna die idk how my 8yo legs moved so fast but i flew down the damn hill and slid under the fence into the neighbors driveway. i’ve fucking hated cows ever since.
angry venting - nothing happened, just thinking

on a public pc with a mouse on the right side, esp if its designed to fit the right handed grip, bc i can't really switch it to my left hand. i wish all basic computer mice had symmetrical sides and a button on bottom that allowed you to swap it between left and right handed, which would just swap left and right click, rather than having to change it in the pc settings.

just spent half an hour reading the wikipedia articles for fuchsia and magenta and like.. it’s just so cool that we have all this random, mostly useless knowledge at our fingertips now. i remember when i was in elementary school, my grandparents had one of those old encyclopedia sets with a huge volume for each letter of the alphabet, and i used to spend hours in their bedroom floor looking through the pages trying to absorb everything i could...
i really miss that childhood sense of wonder.
Apple's hardware aesthetics have an almost terraforming effect: the sleek MacBook makes the rest of your desk look cluttered and irregular, their stores feel like alien temples you must assimilate into the customs of. I would like technology to feel more like going down to a local co-op hardware store where a lesbian sells you a hammer you will own for 30 years.
