thank you for putting discourse and mental health related toots behind CWs. these subjects are dear to me but I don’t always have the energy to engage. if you CW these toots, it’s easy for me to scroll back and find them at a later time when I’m in a better place, which is something I always found difficult to do on tumblr where posts seem to get lost really easily.

I've deleted my tumblr due to privacy nonsense. I've been a member of online #witchcraft communities and reading #tarot since 1998. I've been on mastodon for a year.

I have a bachelors in #ReligiousStudies and a masters in #Education. I teach high school English and Theatre Arts.

I'm a #knitter and #writer. I make #zines, and #mixtapes. I'm learning the #guitar.

My ancestors were early settlers in the area and I'm into #Appalachian #folkmagic, but I am a city girl.

@tellmeastorie it’s ok if you don’t bond with your first deck. that doesn’t mean you’re bad at #tarot or you can’t get it. start with your basic RWS before you spend a bunch of money on some gorgeous new thing. once you have the basics down, you’ll have an easier time feeling out other decks.

welp. we’ve finally reached that point in the relationship where I’m ready to give him his own drawer. that’s right. I have given my husband of 17 years a drawer in my craft closet. that’s like fifth base.

YaYY! like, it sucks but I’m always so relieved when I realize I’m not at the beginning of a prolonged bout of depression, my uterus is just figuring out that it’s not going to get to throw itself a baby shower and throws a fit instead. 🌈🌟
